Whatever it is, I love it. Cycling started out as an alternative to skating in the summer.
I then moved to track cyclng at the highest level, and rode my mountain bike on rainy days and during the winter. I might just get a racing licence next year, and start competing again!

I mean who does that?! Hi are they lightweight? I love Sidi for CX as well as Road.
The uppers conform to my feet better than the others and the heel cup adjustment seals the deal for me. I absolutely love these shoes and own more pairs than I am willing to admit. I yoj bought these to replace a pair of 12 year old shimano shoes.
They were quite expensive. I really love the heel Security system. I have had trouble with heel lift with my previous shoes and I had to tighten them down a little too much. This lead to severe foot cramping on longer rides. I can dial in each shoe with a different level of security with these so I don't have to crank down the wires over my forefoot.
So far this has helped out a lot. The build seems very solid and the carbon sole is stiff.
I can put down fu power without any flex in the sole. I have put these through the wringer on Zwift with a Wahoo Kickr.
In response to Steve S. I agree with vernon My wires came with black insoles.
Sidi wearer for over 15 years. I usually wear womens, but jumped over to mens because the styles were better. It took a few tries to xo the right fit, but I am very happy. Been wearing the wire vents for 8 months now and about miles.
They are great shoes, comfortable and stiff. The right shoe does loosen a bit, but nothing I cant reach down and quickly tighten.
CC are pros at what they do. Thanks, Doug for all the assistance.
These are truly well built shoes stocked full of amazing technical bits. At to Competitive Cyclist, these guys are as professional as it gets.
This is my second pair. Fit is perfect. Very stiff sole for good power transfer and extremely comfortable on long rides.
I helped a customer nail down the shoe that would work best for him.
This is what he had to say: What an amazing shoe. I have been road cycling for the last 4 and a half shimano returns about miles per year. I got into road cycling as a triathlete, and now cycling is my passion.
Upon opening the Sidi box, I almost immediately thought the price tag was worth it…. They look like they are made extremely well and built to last.
Cycling shoes stretch very sboes over time, so be certain the shoe feels good when first trying it on. Stand in the shoes. You should have no more than one-half inch of space from your big toe to the tip of the shoe.
Your toes should not press against the front of the shoe, but you shouldn't be able to freely wiggle your toes, either. Walk a short distance in the shoes.
Although the heel should feel fitted to your foot, the shoe will move slightly at the heel. What you don't want is a shoe that feels as if it is slipping around on your foot, which can lead to blisters. Sit on a sizr or chair and mimic an su pedaling motion by scattante shoes out your leg with your foot flexed, then moving your foot downward as if scraping something off your toes as you bring the leg back.
This should give you a good indication of how the shoe will feel as you ride.
News:Spin shoes are a type of cycling shoe, but you won't see them marked up as “spin shoes”. Most spin bikes will have pedals with a toe box on one side and clip in mechanism for the cleat to fix . A number of manufactures of cycling shoes use European sizing. Here's a handy reference chart to convert from Shimano sizes.
